SAS Customer Intelligence Consultant/SAS Campaign Management Consultant

Job Description

Responsible for Implementation of a Campaign Management/Marketing Automation Solution

 

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of a Campaign Management/Marketing Automation Solution and/or SAS Real Time Decision Management Solution
  • Develop ETL jobs for building a Campaign Management Data Mart
  • Execute campaign leads generation
  • Develop response data capture ETL
  • Develop Campaign Performance Monitoring Reports
  • Support a Campaign Management Implementation
  • Configure the SAS Customer Intelligence studio environment – information maps, business contexts, campaign definition, response definition, common data model, etc.
  • Configure Real Time Campaign Management Environment
  • Integration with marketing channels especially digital channels, mobile and online to name a few.

 

Skills

  • Knowledge on targeted marketing campaign development and execution process
  • Knowledge on with Design and Implementation of a Campaign Management Data Mart
  • Knowledge on with campaign management process
    • Campaign design
    • Establishing a control group
    • Campaign Performance Monitoring
    • Measuring, analyzing hit/success rates
  • Preferably capable of web service definition, java and xml programming
  • At least familiar with how these are required to be defined within a Real-Time Campaign Management Environment
  • Preferably familiar with location based marketing and how these channels work

 

Education and Experience Level Required

  • At least 3 yrs. experience with Business Intelligence Environment
  • Hands on experience on the following:
    • SAS Base Programming
    • SAS Macro Programming
    • SAS Enterprise Guide
    • SAS Customer Intelligence Studio
  • Hands on experience on the following is a plus:
    • SAS Visual Analytics
    • SAS Management Console
    • SAS Web Report Studio
  • Experience on implementing or supporting at least one full cycle of a real-time campaign management system such as any of the following:
    • SAS
      • Marketing Automation/Campaign Management
      • Customer Intelligence Studio
      • Marketing Optimization
      • Real-Time Decision Manager
      • Event Stream Processing
    • IBM Unica
    • Teradata Aprimo
    • Oracle Siebel
  • Involvement/Exposure or hands-one experience with report development or data preparation to support the Marketing Team.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Business Processes
  • BS Degree in Statistics, BS Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience on Java programming is a plus
