	Bikram Singh Thakral Chief Executive Officer Bikram is a member of the Thakral family, and heads the group’s forays into Enterprise IT and Business Services across emerging Asia. As the CEO of Thakral One, he has been tasked to develop and add high-value business lines to the group’s current portfolio, and to synergize and integrate these new developments with Thakral’s existing strengths and footprint. Bikram takes regular guidance and strategic advice from his father (Managing Director, Thakral Brothers) and Grandfather (Chairman, Thakral Group). Prior to joining the Thakral Group, Bikram was a Strategy Consultant with the Boston-based Monitor Group, where he managed numerous projects for the pharmaceutical, retail and services industries. He was also involved in numerous public sector industry growth projects in Singapore and worked closely with selected Government Ministries. Bikram is currently based in Singapore and spends most of his personal time with his wife and three daughters.

	Satbir Katyal Chief Operating Officer Satbir is a part of the Thakral Group since 1998 and is presently working as the Chief Operating Officer of Thakral One. He brings to the table over 30 years of experience in merchant banking, corporate secretarial, finance and banking, geo-expansion and commercial negotiations. As part of the Thakral Group Satbir successfully oversees the operations of some of the country offices, as well as manages relationships with various IT OEM vendors of international repute. Before joining the Thakral Group, Satbir worked for over 9 years in an Indian nationalised bank and has also successfully handled various IPOs in India. Satbir has Masters degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Certified Association of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

	Kanwal Jeet Singh Bawa Director Kanwal Jeet joined the Thakral Group in 1998 and is an integral part of the Group’s strategic planning team. Director at Thakral One, Kanwal Jeet is also the Chief Financial Officer at Thakral Services (India) Ltd., the Electronic Security Solutions (ESS) arm of the Thakral Group. Kanwal Jeet held managerial posts in the Corporate Financial Divisions of his previous organizations. Qualified as a Company Secretary and Chartered Secretary (UK), he also holds degrees in chartered accountancy and cost accountancy.

	Manish Fitkariwala Country Manager, Srilanka/ Maldives Thakral Group of Companies Having worked with leading IT companies like Xerox, Canon and Lenovo in the past, Manish joined the Thakral Group as the Country Manager for Srilanka and Maldives. Apart from Thakral One, he is also responsible for Trident Corporation Pvt Ltd., the IT distribution arm for Thakral Group in Srilanka. Manish has over 13 years of experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies and product promotion plans and, managing large marketing and sales teams. He has undertaken several projects at the Thakral Group, for developing profitable and productive business relationships, with exceptional results.

	Krishna Giri Country Manager, Nepal Giri took over the country operations of Thakral One, Nepal in 2003. He holds a degree in Master of Business Administration and has over 20 years experience of working with IT service and solution providers. In the past Giri has been responsible for overall management of support divisions; networking, banking software and IT infrastructure projects; and SLA management for key enterprise customers. He has also undertaken consultancy for IT infrastructure design and deployment for various projects and, business planning and resource management for service divisions.

	Teddy Sumulong Country General Manager, Philippines Thakral Group of Companies As the Country General Manager for the Thakral Group in Philippines, Teddy is responsible for subsidiary company Technopaq Inc. and for Thakral One’s Philippine operations. An IT professional of 15 years, Teddy completed his Masters in Business Administration in 1997 and joined IBM as a Channels Manager and FSI Client Executive. In 2000, Teddy moved to EMC in 2000 where he was responsible for managing channels and the commercial segment in Manila. In a successful stint of 10 years at EMC Teddy, as part of the ASEAN team, also handled channels and inside sales for the region.

	Ha Vu Country Manager, Vietnam Ha Vu completed her Masters in Business Administration in Global Business Management from the United Business Institutes, Belgium. Prior to joining Thakral One as the Country Manager for Vietnam, Ha Vu worked for APC by Schneider Electric for 7 years as the Country Sales Director where she was responsible for channel and enterprise sales.

	Akshay Aggarwal Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Akshay is responsible for managing the Infrastructure Technology Solutions line of business, with focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, in Thakral One. As the alliance manager for Oracle, Akshay leads business planning, strategy development and customer delivery for Thakral One across the Oracle suite of products. Prior to joining Thakral One, Akshay worked, for over a decade, with leading information technology companies like Oracle and BEA in various significant roles. A B.E in Computer Science and Engineering, Akshay has written numerous articles for technology magazines and publications.

	Santie Heydenrych Vice President - Banking Solutions Santie is an experienced Program Director and Account Manager with 15 years implementation experience. At Thakral One Santie is responsible for identifying and growing business from the value chain solutions, delivery process and methodologies that Thakral One offers to financial institutions. Santie has worked specifically on the implementation of Temenos T24, a core banking solution, for 11 years and has delivered end-to-end core banking solutions to Tier One clients across Asia Pacific.

Product and Business Unit Heads

	Emma Louisa A. Chan Assistant General Manager - Infrastructure Services Emma has more than 8 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. In the past she has worked on implementing solutions based on Microsoft technologies, focused on business productivity and business process management solutions. Currently, Emma manages the Microsoft Infrastructure Services group, which delivers both Microsoft core infrastructure and SharePoint solutions for Thakral One.

	Ruel M. Enconado Assistant General Manager - Business Solutions At Thakral One Ruel is responsible for building the Business Solutions line of business, focusing specifically on retail systems and hospital management systems. Ruel has over 13 years experience in the field of Information Technology, especially in Business Consulting and Management. He area of expertise is implementation, project management and sales of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in the Asia Pacific region.

	Ruben Alink Delivery Manager – Banking Solutions Ruben Alink is a Delivery Manager at ThakralOne with over 10 years experience in implementing Core Banking systems. He has been working in Financial Services in several countries, managing both teams and projects with a highly successful track record of delivering results

	Namrata Kapur Senior Marketing Manager Namrata is responsible for envisioning the marketing strategy and roadmap for Thakral One, across operating geographies. She also works closely with country heads to define, create and execute locale-specific campaigns for Thakral One’s product and service offerings. Prior to joining Thakral One, Namrata worked with Infosys Technologies Limited where she was responsible for the central marketing activities for Finacle - the Universal Banking Solution from Infosys. A Masters in Business Administration, Namrata has significant experience in creating and sustaining strategic brand positioning, nurturing effective platforms for go-to-market executions and, has demonstrated success in conceptualizing and managing multi-channel thought-leadership initiatives
